This is a little-known book on Gloucester and the fisheries. Its plot, according to the author, is based on the lives and doings of real persons. Though contemporary with Connollys works it is not mentioned in Browns otherwise thorough Bibliography of Cape Ann Literature or in any other reference of which I am aware.
